Jessica leads Enterprise Customer Success for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery at ModMed, where her work focuses on improving the customer experience and optimizing client partnerships with ModMed. Her team provides guidance to enterprise firms as they optimize the use of EMA and Practice Management and scale efficiently.
Jessica has spent her career at the intersection of healthcare and technology, previously serving as a Senior Director for an advisory firm, as a Director of Practice Success at the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and as a founding member of the Connected Health division at the US Department of Veterans Affairs. In these roles, she built life sciences partnerships around real-world data, stood up QCDRs and rolled out new quality measures, and developed go-to-market strategies for new healthcare SaaS products. Her early career focused on healthcare access for underserved populations and she consulted for Ministries of Health in Kenya and Malawi, optimizing mobile healthcare services in remote areas. Her broad experience has provided comprehensive healthcare knowledge and a unique understanding of maximizing ROI for disparate industry stakeholders.
