Mike Gardineer serves as Executive Director for Vivida Dermatology. Based in Las Vegas, NV, Vivida Dermatology delivers best-in-class dermatology services. Vivida Dermatology practices general dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, cosmetic and MedSpa services, and conducts clinical research.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in building and leading high-growth healthcare teams, in a variety of specialties and services. Mike is known in the market as a trusted leader in the business of healthcare.
Prior to joining Vivida, Mike worked or consulted in orthopedics, women’s health, DME, behavioral health, physical/occupational therapies and others. Mike has enjoyed the opportunity to help firms through periods of rapid growth and transitions with a focus on finance and strategy. Having played both roles, Mike enjoys helping bridge the gap between entrepreneur and operator.
Earlier in his career, Mike founded companies in the areas of DME, Healthcare IT and nutritional supplements. Mike was recognized with the “Trailblazer” award by the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Each of the companies Mike founded survive today as portfolio companies of their acquirers.
Mike is a husband of 22 years and father of four – one daughter and three sons. In his spare time, Mike enjoys training jiu jitsu, hunting and being a coach and cheerleader for his kids’ teams.
Mike has a BA in Philosophy and MBA, both earned at UNLV.
