Addie Patterson, Manager Klara Customer Success

As the Manager of Customer Success for Klara, Addie ensures that our Klara business sees value in all that the product has to offer focusing on Customer Retention and Satisfaction post implementation. She started at Klara as a Customer Success Manager herself in 2021. Shortly after ModMed's aquisition of Klara in 2022 she moved into a Management Role to support growing the Klara Customer Success Team.

She graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management & Policy.
